Q. When will I receive the email with my download information?
A. You will receive the email with your download information on Tuesday, March 23 at 8:30am Eastern Time in Canada, or Tuesday, March 30 at 8:30am Eastern Time in the USA.

Q. I am in Canada and I want to buy a ticket to a show in the USA. When will I receive my download, on the Canadian release date or the USA release date?
A. If you are a Canadian resident a purchase a ticket for a show in the USA, you will receive a pin code to download the new Barenaked Ladies album on March 23.

Q. Who will send the e-mail?
A. If you purchased your ticket from Ticketmaster, your e-mail will come from Ticketmaster. If you purchased your ticket from another ticketing system, your email will come from either that ticketing system, or Puretracks, the company who is handling the downloads.

Q. What if I don’t receive my e-mail?
A. Please check in your spam/junk folder. If you do not see the e-mail, please contact the sender as noted immediately above.

Q. When will my download link be live?
A. Download links will be live at 8:30am Eastern Daylight Time on release date (March 23 in Canada, March 30 in the USA).

Q. Why do I have to enter my postal/zip code?
A. This is standard information for SoundScan, the company that keeps track of album sales.

Q. How long will the “All in Good Time” download link be available?
A. For six months starting from the date you purchased your ticket.

Q. How long will the bonus track be available?
A. The bonus track is available if you redeem your download link by Sunday, March 28th (Canada) and Sunday, April 4 (USA), at 11pm Eastern Daylight Time.

Q. What are the new album track titles?
A. Tracklisting will be available shortly!

Q. What is the bonus track title? Where was it recorded? Will anyone else be able to get this track?
A. Track details will be available shortly. No, the only people who can get this track are people who purchase tour tickets and redeem their download code during the dates mentioned above.
