Barenaked Ladies are in Vancouver for the 2010 games and haven't wasted any time getting into the thick of the activities. Ed was on the Today Show yesterday and helped carry the Olympic torch through Vancouver. The band has been outfitted with Kodak Zi8 HD cameras from Kodak and will be capturing the action over the next week while they're playing shows, watching the events and everything in between.
Three of Canada's funniest performers embark on an adventure to an alternative kingdom of stand-up comedy punctuated by much musical naughtiness. Multiple Canadian Comedy Award-winners Shaun Majumder, Seán Cullen and Nikki Payne take centre stage in a high-energy night of hilarity hosted by Barenaked Ladies’ Tyler Stewart and Ed Robertson.

Barenaked Ladies to Perform at 2010 Taste of the NFL
Joining the fight against hunger band will entertain guests on February 6, 2010
MINNEAPOLIS – Taste of the NFL announced today that the Grammy-nominated Canadian alternative rock band Barenaked Ladies will perform live on Saturday, Feb. 6 during the 2010 Super Bowl culinary extravaganza that supports hunger relief organizations across the country.
I'm currently regrouping in my hotel room in Primm Nevada. The hotel is Buffalo Bills. It looks like a big grain elevator except for the roller coaster that sends screaming people past my window every 20 minutes. At first I thought it was a Harley Davidson Hog blowing it's muffler off into my room, but after I had the guts to peak outside my window, I realized it was just some folks having a thrill. I'm cool with it now. It's amazing how you can get used to anything. Maybe I just know what it's like to be a screamer.
We're on a tour bus somewhere outside of Minneapolis, en route to Cadott, WI. We've been listening to possible single edits for "You Run Away", and "Graffiti Love". Jim, and I have been doing them in Garageband. It's a fierce competition. Jim destroyed me with his "You Run Away" edit, but I will best him in the "Graffiti Love" duel. It is an unspoken competition, but a competition nonetheless. DAMN YOU Creeggan!!!! You haven't seen the last of me!!!!
