1 How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  To enter, log on at http://www.bnlmusic.com/livespaces. Fill in the on-line entry form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen instructions during the Contest Period.  You must complete the entry form with all required information for the entry to be eligible.  The Contest commences on Wednesday, October 11 (12:01 a.m. PST) and ends on Sunday, February 19, 2006 (11:59 p.m. PST), the contest closing date. Only one entry per person or household sharing the same e-mail address will be entered into the Contest.  Multiple entries will be disqualified.  Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means will be disqualified.

2 Eligibility:  In order to be eligible to win, you must be a lawful permanent resident of the United States or Canada and be at least 13 years old or older as of your date of entry. Contest void in Quebec, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and possessions outside of the U.S., and where prohibited by law.  The Contest and any web site pages and advertisements relating thereto, are intended for viewing only within the United States and Canada. Employees and agents of Nettwerk America and their respective affiliate, subsidiary, and parent companies, and advertising and promotions agencies and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and their spouses and people with whom they are domiciled) (collectively the "Sponsors") are ineligible to enter or win.

3 Prizes: There will be 48 grand prizes available to be won which includes 2 x front row tickets to a Barenaked Ladies concert ($118) and 2 x meet & greet passes. The retail value of the grand prize is $118.00. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal value for any reason whatsoever. 

4 Drawing and Notification: selected entrants will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, at least one week prior to each tour date, by Sponsor or its designee.  All decisions of the contest judges will be final. All selected entrants will be notified by e-mail at least one week prior to selected tour date.  If Sponsor or its designee is unable to contact the selected entrant by e-mail or phone (using the contact information provided at the time of entry) and/or if the potential Winner is unable or unwilling to respond to notification within two (2) business days of issuance, the selected entrant will be disqualified and forfeit his or her right to a prize, and an alternate entrant will be selected.  If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

Before being declared a winner, if a selected entrant is a Canadian resident, they must have correctly answered a mathematical, skill-testing question posed during a telephone interview or in person, without mechanical or other assistance.    If the selected entrant is unable to answer the skill-testing question correctly another entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible entries received. 

Before being declared a winner, all selected entrants will be required to sign Declaration and Release Forms confirming compliance with the Contest rules and acceptance of the prizes as awarded, releasing the Sponsors from any and all liability in association with the contest or the prizes. The prizes will be delivered only to the confirmed winners and upon the execution of the releases. 

The prizes are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash and no substitutions will be allowed (except as provided herein). All prizes must be accepted as described and as awarded.

If the selected entrant is under the age of majority in the province/state of residence in which they are domiciled, the parent/legal guardian must authorize the minor to enter the Contest and will also be required to sign the Declaration and Release Forms and the prizes will be awarded jointly to the selected entrant and their legal guardian. 

5 General:. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. All federal, state or other tax liabilities (including income tax) arising from this Contest will be the sole responsibility of each prize winner. By participating in the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these official rules. Winners and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the contest Sponsors, and the officers, employees and agents of each, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Contest-related activity or participation in this Contest. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Contest will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received by Sponsor. 

By entering this Contest, except where prohibited by law, the selected entrants consent to the use of their name and/or photograph, without compensation, in any publicity carried out by the Sponsor, in connection with the Contest in any and all media without territorial or time limitations, and they waive all rights with respect to printed, broadcast and other publicity.

By participating in this Contest, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by these rules including eligibility requirements and the decisions of the judges, which decisions shall be final and binding upon all Contestants.

6 Limitations of Liability: Nettwerk America, any Internet access providers, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their agents, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents (collectively “Released Parties”) disclaim any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry of entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access any web site or download materials, damage to a user's computer system (hardware & software) due to participation in this Contest, or late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or mechanically reproduced entries. If in the opinion of Sponsor, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Contest, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Contest, and award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor or its designees.  Entrants agree to hold harmless the Released Parties from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with their participation and/or entry in this Contest and/or the awarding or use of any prize awarded.
